My name is Jen Wareing; I am a mum of three children, a wife and a pelvic health physiotherapist. I qualified Summa Cum Laude from UKZN in 2014 and went on to complete my comm.serve in a wonderful district hospital in Creighton. My career changed paths when I fell pregnant with my first daughter nearly 7 years ago, and a passion for women’s and pelvic health was ignited. I spent the next few years completing post-graduate training in women’s and pelvic health, navigating motherhood of three young children, and practising in the Upper Highway Area. My passion lies heavily in empowering women to gain the confidence and awareness to listen to and work with their own bodies to facilitate healing and recovery during whichever phase of life they may be in. I work with women of all ages from teens to post-menopausal.
