Wendy Stone completed her Bachelor of Education Degree in 2007 through the University of KwaZulu-Natal, which she achieved with Summa Cum Laude. After teaching for five years as a Foundation Phase teacher, she decided to pursue a career in Psychology.
She completed her Honours Degree in Social Sciences (Psychology) in 2013 through the University of KwaZulu-Natal, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter, she was selected for the Masters In Social Sciences Programme at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and was able to complete her
Wendy specialises in work with children, adolescents and their families. Areas of psychological service include:

- Dyslexia Testing
An Educational Assessment includes cognitive testing (IQ) which provides a profile of individual strengths and weaker areas, as well as scholastic testing of reading, spelling, reading comprehension and mathematical skills. This will assist in the diagnosis of concentration-related difficulties, learning difficulties such as Dyslexia, as well as other barriers to learning. Wendy is registered as a Dyslexia Testing Specialist with the Rooi Appel (Stark Griffin) Dyslexia Association.
